Shipping & Delivery

Ztrends utilizes the Australian Post Parcel interface to accurately compute shipping cost based on weight and destination.  With the Australia Post Parcel interface, you can select from Australia Post standard and express rates and have the option to include extra insurance protection for your orders.  Click on the Quote button at Check Out to get the Australia Post rates.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed.  Normal delivery takes up 3-5 working days from dispatch.  Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.  Orders placed on a weekend or national holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that shipment for direct deposit payments depends on when payment transaction has been reflected in Ztrends bank account.  We will inform you via email when the direct deposit payment has cleared in our bank and product(s) have been dispatched.
There might be instances when products you have purchased are dispatched from our overseas warehouse.  In such case delivery time after payment processing may take up to 3 weeks.  The estimated delivery times will be highlighted in the product description.
We will deliver your products to the address indicated in your order confirmation.  Please note that shipping address can be change during checkout.  If no-one is available to take delivery of your products, our carrier (Australia Post eParcel) will leave a card so you can pick-up your product from your local Post Office.
ZTrends takes pride in processing and dispatching orders promptly and makes every effort to ship your order according to the estimated delivery time provided.  Actual ship times may change though due to supply and circumstances beyond our control.  Please contact us if your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery date. We encourage you to visit the My Account section on our website to view the delivery status of your products.  You can also track any parcel sent via Australia Post through the eparcel website by entering your tracking number (provided once we ship your order) via www.eparcel.com.au.
Title and risk of loss to all products is passed to you upon delivery.

Privacy & Security

Ztrends adheres to the national privacy principles as provided in the Australian Privacy Act 1988. We understand the value of your privacy and we make every effort in protecting your personal information.
Ztrends only collects personal information necessary for us to conduct our business as an online novelty shop for the following purpose:

     - To facilitate your access to our website, products and services

     - To deliver products you have ordered from us

     - To conduct marketing activities

     - To provide you with information about our products and services

     - To conduct surveys and seek opinion on our products, services, marketing and website.

The personal information we collect is essential for us to be able to accurately identify who is using the service, develop a profile of who is using our service and what their interest are. All of this assists us in offering products to suit the needs of the users of this website.

When you create an account with ztrends.com.au, it is your duty and responsibility to provide current, complete and accurate information about yourself and maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. By providing any user information, you are certifying and warranting that all of the information provided is true and correct and are agreeing to indemnify Ztrends.com.au for any loss, cost, expenses or damages that ztrends.com.au may suffer if any of this information is not correct.

All Ztrends.com.au member details remains strictly confidential.  We do not make any customer data available to third parties, with the exception of our nominated carrier/courier service and credit card processing institution for:

       - Delivery of products purchased from our website

       - Credit Card Account Processing

 In this situation, our nominated carrier/courier and credit card processing institution are strictly prohibited from using members personal information except for specific purpose for which we have supplied.

We may also disclose your personal information to various law enforcement agencies, customs and immigration. Other than the above, we will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorised or required by law, reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity.

We do not keep a record of your credit card number, so each time you make a purchase you will have to re-enter the information.  We believe this is the most secure method of handling credit card information.

ZTrends employs the latest in Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software technology for credit card verification, however Ztrends will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner

Returns & Replacements

ZTrends allows you to return your product within 15 working days of the dispatch date and receive a 100% refund or replacement if the product was incorretly supplied, defective or faulty.

To return an item, send an email to returns@ztrends.com.au stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will refund or replace your purchase within seven working days of receiving the returned goods and your proof of purchase.  Our customer service department will then issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and advise you of our return address.

If you are returning goods because they were incorrectly supplied or the product is faulty then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs. In other instances the postage and packaging costs for returns will be at your cost.

Please note that specific products like earrings, DVD’s and softwares may not be returned under this policy unless incorrectly supplied or the product is faulty.  Products  belonging  to this category will have a no-return tag in the product description.

Parcels you have received that have been damaged in transit will need to be retained by you until an investigation has been conducted by ZTrends and the carrier/courier company. 

Please ensure the goods you are returning are properly packed to avoid breakages. We strongly recommend you retain the packaging your items comes in for the duration of the warranty period so that, in the unlikely event that you will need to return an item for repair or replacement, you will have adequate packaging available to do so. If you dispose of the packaging then it will be your responsibility to source alternative adequate packaging to use to return the item.

To ensure speedy processing of your return, include the original order number, the Return Authorization Number (RAN) you were given and your full name on the outside of your return package.  Also include the nature or description of the problem inside of the package.

It is advisable that you obtain proof of postage (ie: an express post identification number) as we cannot take responsibility for goods not delivered to us.

Ordering

 

An order is placed in ztrends.com.au by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.  When you place an order with us, you have made an offer to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in ztrends.com.au at the time you place your order and when we issue a tax invoice to you we have accepted your offer.  Both offer and acceptance are based on these terms and conditions.

After we have received your offer to purchase, we will issue an order number by email.  We wil send you an order confirmation to notify you that your order is being processed.  Credit card and payment validation is then performed to prevent fraud.  After passing validation procedures, a tax invoice will be sent to you via email to confirm our accpetance of your offer.

Ztrends.com.au has the discretion to cancel orders, if we identify any attempt at fraud or for any other legitimate reasons.  We can also reject your offer if any of the product or service is unavailable, there is error in the price or the product or service description posted or an error in your order.

If for any reason we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone to determine your requirements for the reimbursement of money paid.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

 

ZTrends accepts Direct Deposit, Paypal, Visa and Mastercard payments.  Payment will only be processed once we have received all relevant information required.  Payments placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Credit card and Paypal payments are processed after you click the “Place Order” button

For direct deposit payments, you must deposit to the nominated ZTrends bank account, the price payable indicated on your Order Confirmation within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation.  We will only process your order and email you a tax invoice, once we have confirmed your deposit from our bank.  Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase. Please ensure to include your ZTrends order number as bank reference, to avoid delays in order processing.   If deposit is not reflected in our bank within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation, Ztrends has the discretion to cancel the transaction.

We sell and deliver products ONLY WITHIN Australia and only accept Australian credit cards. We employ the latest in Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software technology in processing credit card payments of our customers, however we will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (direct or indirect) suffered by customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.

ZTrends endeavours to provide product at the most competitive prices and reserves the right to change prices displayed in the website at any time without notice.

From time to time ZTrends will offer special prices for selected items.   The special price and regular price will clearly be indicated per product. Ztrends also offer discount coupons to existing and/or new customers as a sale incentive.  The discount code will be emailed to customers which they can then use in the purchase of items covered by the discount.  The discount code needs to be entered during checkout for the discount to be deducted from the full price.

The coupons can only be used towards the payment of Products on our website. Coupons can only be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions under which the Coupons are issued.

Viewing Orders

 

Everytime you add a product to your shopping cart in ZTrends, the product information are saved and can be viewed in the "My Cart" section on the left column of the website.  The "My Cart" section shows a running cart balance and a list of your recently added items, to assist you with your shopping.  The "My Cart" section offers clickable links so yo can view in details, items in your shopping cart.  You can also perform an immediate checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button.
